Senior Administrator position within a Defin ed Benefit (DB) team at an award-winning pension consultancy. The role involves prioritising day-to-day workload, supporting the Administration Manager to ensure smooth team operation, and contributing to client service and process improvement. Responsibilities

  • Ensure an effective pension administration service is provided to all clients
  • Ensure client work is completed within SLAs and deadlines
  • Handle more complex pension tasks such as calculations and scheme project work
  • Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of clients, including trustees and senior scheme members
  • Participate in annual projects such as renewals, benefit statements and pension increases
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues
  • Provide input regarding process and procedural change

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes
  • Ability to perform a range of complex calculations (e.g., leavers, retirements, deaths, and transfers in/out)
  • Approximately 3+ years of technical experience from a third-party or in-house environment
  • Strong numeracy, communication, and organisation skills
