About the Role

We’re looking for a seasonedPensions Solicitor (6+ PQE)to join a leading national law firm’s specialist pensions team. This is not your typical legal role—it’s fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere in the UK while handling some of the most complex and innovative pensions matters in the market.

Your Focus

• Endgame & De-risking:Advise on buy-ins, buy-outs, and innovative “bridge to buy-out” solutions.
• ESG & Governance:Guide clients on net zero strategies, TCFD reporting, and governance reviews.
• Transactions & Regulatory:Handle pensions aspects of M&A, restructurings, and regulatory engagement with TPR, FCA, and HMRC.
• Investment & Funding:Navigate insured de-risking solutions, derivatives, and hedging products.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years PQEin pensions law, ideally from a top-tier or leading City practice.
• Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen.
• Confidence in managing complex, high-value projects.
• A collaborative approach and excellent client-handling skills.
