Senior People Business Partner - Go to Market role at Quantexa. You will take ownership of the people strategy for the Go-To-Market (GTM) function, overseeing all aspects of the people agenda while collaborating with another People Business Partner to align with Quantexa's broader objectives across EMEA, APAC, and NA. This is a senior HR position within a fast-paced, people-centric culture, spanning sub-functions such as Sales, Alliances, Enablement, Marketing, Technology Account Partners, Solution Engineering and Customer Advocacy.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the GTM function's people strategy as the Senior People Business Partner, providing strategic direction and serving as the key point of contact for people-related matters across multiple GTM sub-functions.
  • Set the standard for excellence, mentoring and developing another People Business Partner while driving best-in-class business partnering across the function.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases independently, leveraging ER expertise to coach leaders and other PBP peers on best practices.
  • Partner closely with Commercial functions, delivering people-focused solutions to drive business success.
  • Lead initiatives including review cycles, compensation and sales incentive plans, performance management, and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the wider People team on high-impact strategic projects to enable talent to thrive.
  • Champion a balanced, people-centric approach, implementing innovative solutions that align business priorities with employee experience.
  • Use data-driven insights to support Talent, Employee Experience, L&D, and People Operations teams in executing the people agenda.
  • Proactively analyse employee relations trends, recommend solutions, and coach managers to address issues before escalation.

What you'll bring / Qualifications

  • Extensive Business Partnering Expertise with a proven track record as a strategic partner delivering people solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen with understanding of Sales and other commercial functions; experience defining financial incentive plans and aligning people strategies to objectives.
  • Experience leading people workstreams in transformation initiatives and driving organisational change.
  • Experience partnering with C-suite and senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Expert Employee Relations management with ability to independently handle complex ER cases and mentor others.
  • Agile, results-driven mindset; comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with initiative and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, capable of influencing across levels and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Team player with growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning; CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and degree preferred.
