It’s an exciting time to join our Stores team as we continue to invest in both our people and our store design. Partnering with our Head of Stores, this role is a critical Senior People Partner within the Currys People Team.

Working collaboratively with the leadership and the wider People Team, you’ll be accountable for delivering the Currys people strategy in this critical part of our business, working cross functionally with our Centres of Expertise to identify, develop and deliver.

We are looking for people who share the Currys values (‘we put our customers first’, ‘we win together’ and ‘we own it’) and who are comfortable operating within a fluid, collaborative and modern People organisation, comprised of CoEs, Operations and People Partners.
