You'll use data and insight to inform decision-making, identify workforce trends, and co-develop solutions that improve retention, capability, and employee wellbeing across our contact centre and clinical workforce.

You'll also play a key part in leading and embedding people-focused projects, such as talent management, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, working collaboratively with our wider People team.
