Our People team supports over 1,000 team members in 40+ countries. Grafana Labs scaled rapidly and we’re evolving our team, our processes and the support that we offer to the business at a fast pace. We are seeking an exceptional Senior People Operations Specialist to join our established team and play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic international team.

The Sr. People Ops Specialist will be a key contributor and collaborative expert in managing the entire employee lifecycle. Working as part of a team of Senior People Operations Specialists, you will jointly own and drive critical processes, from global onboarding and offboarding, leave management, compensation operations, and essential collaborations with payroll and finance. This role carries a broad remit, offering a unique opportunity to collectively establish and refine global People processes within a fast-paced, remote-first, and highly international environment. The team members that the Sr. People Ops Specialist support are based in multiple time zones, across 40+ different countries.

What are we looking for?

In the UK our compensation range for this role is £42,200 - £50,684. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity and other benefits listed here.
