As a Senior People Partner, you will be a strategic leader in the HR department, responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that align with the business goals. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and addressing ER-related issues.
Key Responsibilities of The Senior People Partner:
Develop and execute HR strategies that support our business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development programs.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure HR strategies remain competitive and effective.
The Right People Partner:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
