Reporting into the Senior Project Controls Manager, the Senior Planner will lead project planning and scheduling within our rail division, utilising Primavera P6. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust project schedules across multiple high-profile rail programmes, as well as leading a team of planners, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management to drive consistent planning excellence across the board.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in our Warwick HQ on a weekly basis, and ad hoc travel to other sites on occasion.

You are an experienced Senior Planner with deep expertise in the rail sector (though candidates from other complex infrastructure backgrounds will be considered), advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, and a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing planning teams.
