Senior Planning Officer

This position is Full time and temporary for 12 months. We are seeking a motivated Senior Planning Officer to join our dynamic Planning and City Regeneration team in Swansea.

Salary: £39,513 - £43,693 per year (pay award pending).

1 x Senior Planning Officer primarily processing Planning Applications (Full Time, temporary for 12 months) (£39,513 - £43,693 - pay award pending)

• Knowledgeable in planning legislation, policies, and enforcement procedures.
• Excellent communicators with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Organised, methodical, and able to manage a varied caseload.
• Comfortable working independently and making sound judgments.
