Senior Power Platform Developer — Remote (within the UK)

Join a growing team as the go-to expert across the Power Platform. This is a hands-on, full-lifecycle role where you will lead stakeholder engagement, solution delivery and ongoing support. The role is 80% project work and 20% support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and supporting solutions using Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Automating business processes and optimizing existing workflows
• Managing Power Platform environments (dev, test, prod)
• Working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Providing technical support for Power Platform-related issues
• Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation
• Managing app access, roles, and data policies
• Promoting Power Platform adoption across the business
• Supporting training in partnership with L&D
• Occasionally building custom components with C#.NET and JavaScript for complex business needs

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of Power Platform experience, ideally with end-to-end project ownership
• Strong hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps
• Proven experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, and environment management
• Understanding of application lifecycle management in Power Platform
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills
• Some experience with C#.NET and JavaScript
• Confidence working cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders
• Delivered complete Power Platform projects from requirements gathering through post-go-live support

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting user issues within Power Platform
