WSP has an opportunity for an experienced Senior, Principal, or Associate Public Health Engineer in our Cambridge Office. You will work on some of the most exciting and prestigious projects globally. Our WSP MEP team is a close-knit group, delivering some of the largest and most complex buildings in the UK and Europe.

A little more about your role…

• Lead the delivery of public health engineering projects at Senior, Principal, or Associate level.
• Work on mission-critical facilities in sectors like aviation, healthcare, and defence.
• Represent WSP to clients and provide innovative, sustainable solutions.
• Incorporate sustainability, net-zero carbon, digital design, modern construction methods, and smart systems into your work.

Your Team

• Join a building services team specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health engineering.
• Contribute to major projects across public and private sectors.
• Utilize support from graduate engineers, BIM, and sustainability specialists.

What we will be looking for…

• Experience in UK public health building services design, including standards and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage junior engineers.
• Technical judgment in feasibility studies, design, and construction phases.
• Client-facing skills and the ability to deliver engineering solutions aligned with client needs.
• Capability to manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of projects.
