Senior Process Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Process Improvement Specialist to join our Christchurch, Dorset team!
As a Senior Process Improvement Specialist for our Christchurch location, you will lead the identification and implementation of projects to achieve lean principles and continuous improvement. Be able to identify opportunities for cost reduction, lead-time reduction, inventory reduction, and quality improvement. You will also provide leadership to cross-functional partners to sustain, implement, and encourage new objectives, metrics, and processes.

Your Challenge
- Work with the business and teammates to develop and support the future state 'lean vision' and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure metrics and reporting are in place to demonstrate the implementation and utilization of CW initiatives and learnings. Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements, waste reduction, and best practice sharing to standardize lean processes.
- Collaborate with departmental and multidisciplinary teams to identify, implement, and track ongoing cost savings aligned with CW metrics.
- Embed visual management systems throughout the business to identify process flow, interruptions, and problem resolution status.
What You Bring
- Aerospace experience
- Experience as a BI/metric producer
- Proven track record in similar roles
- Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (a plus)
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
