What Youll Be Doing

End-to-end ownership from idea to launch.You lead the charge, collaborate closely, and ship fast. You dont just influence the direction, you build and drive towards it.
Working full stack.We focus on highleverage work where it matters most. That means a lot of learning on-the-go.
Obsessing over the customer.Youll work directly with hosts, our Property Experts, and designers to deeply understand the product this industry needs most.
Improving how we work.We have a ton of legacy systems to refactor and simplify. A mixture of great and not so great CI/CD and, a patchwork of patterns from years of experimentation.

What We Offer
