We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will help define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Degreed’s application. Your expertise in the enterprise SaaS market and track record of delivering high-impact products will shape the future of Degreed.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for key elements of the application, which will naturally evolve over time based on our business priorities. One primary focus will be how we leverage AI to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement of Degreed. This role will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution; spending around 25% on strategic planning, 25% on both Product Marketing and External Engagement, and roughly 50% on operational execution.

The total pay range for this role is £140,000 - £165,000
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
