We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager - Global Payroll in EMEA. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and execution of global payroll solutions across multiple countries, ensuring seamless, compliant, and scalable product delivery. You will lead complex projects, manage a portfolio of countries, and influence organizational growth by translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps. This role provides the opportunity to mentor junior product managers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and make a tangible impact on the efficiency and expansion of payroll operations in a dynamic, fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of countries, acting as the accountable Product Manager for end-to-end delivery
- Define product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead complex or high-impact projects that drive organizational growth and operational efficiency
- Mentor and coach Junior Product Managers and other product team members
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, maintaining transparency and alignment internally and externally
- Partner with Solution Design and engineering teams to ensure requirements are feasible and clearly communicated
- Prioritize backlog items, conduct grooming sessions, and manage sprint planning for effective execution
- Maintain advanced stakeholder communications with senior leaders, executives, and cross-regional teams
- Serve as an escalation point for country-specific or cross-functional challenges, championing best practices across the product function
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, fintech, payroll, or regulatory-heavy environments
- Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership, including roadmap development, scope management, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong experience in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
- Ability to independently manage complex projects with significant business impact
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Demonstrated autonomy in decision-making and ability to influence senior leadership
