As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and execution of global payroll solutions across multiple countries, ensuring seamless, compliant, and scalable product delivery. You will lead complex projects, manage a portfolio of countries, and influence organizational growth by translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps. This role provides the opportunity to mentor junior product managers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and make a tangible impact on the efficiency and expansion of payroll operations in a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of countries, acting as the accountable Product Manager for end-to-end delivery
  • Define product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with strategic objectives
  • Lead complex or high-impact projects that drive organizational growth and operational efficiency
  • Mentor and coach Junior Product Managers and other product team members
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, maintaining transparency and alignment internally and externally
  • Partner with Solution Design and engineering teams to ensure requirements are feasible and clearly communicated
  • Prioritize backlog items, conduct grooming sessions, and manage sprint planning for effective execution
  • Maintain advanced stakeholder communications with senior leaders, executives, and cross-regional teams
  • Serve as an escalation point for country-specific or cross-functional challenges, championing best practices across the product function

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, fintech, payroll, or regulatory-heavy environments
  • Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership, including roadmap development, scope management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong experience in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
  • Ability to independently manage complex projects with significant business impact
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Demonstrated autonomy in decision-making and ability to influence senior leadership
