Overview

Senior Product Manager – Managed Detection and Incident Response (f/m/x) to join Eye Security. This role will lead the product strategy and roadmap for Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Incident Response (IR) as Eye Security scales across Europe.

What You Will Do

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for MDR, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and IR, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and company OKRs.
• Product Discovery: Drive discovery practices to deeply understand customer needs, problems, and pain points, translating them into actionable solutions and product opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver outcomes.
• Go-To-Market (GTM): Partner with Product Marketing to define GTM plans and deliver clear product launches.
• Partner & Supplier Management: Manage external relationships, especially with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers, ensuring alignment with the MSP and partner ecosystem.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of internal processes, tooling, and product culture to scale Eye Security sustainably.
• Agile & Data-Driven Execution: Use agile methodologies and data insights to inform decisions, measure product performance, and iterate quickly.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and best practices to drive innovation.

What You Will Need

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role owning end-to-end software product delivery.
• Proven track record delivering complex software products in a fast-paced environment using product discovery and OKRs.
• Experience in cybersecurity and knowledge of MDR, EDR, and IR.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills to inspire and motivate a team.
• Experience in cross-functional SaaS environments collaborating with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Sales.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
