We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Payments products across fiat, Bitcoin, and virtual currencies. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling the core payments stack — from PSP integrations and settlement flows to SDKs and APIs — ensuring it is reliable, compliant, and easy for developers to adopt.

This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and commercial teams. You’ll focus on creating strong product foundations while contributing to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies that make our payments offering successful in market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for ZBD’s Payments product line, spanning fiat, Bitcoin, and virtual currencies.
• Drive discovery and prioritization across partners, developers, and end-users to uncover new monetization and integration opportunities.
• Collaborate with BD and Marketing to ensure pricing, packaging, and positioning align with product capabilities and market needs.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable integrations, and define product health metrics (e.g. authorization rates, settlement times, SDK adoption).
• Work with Compliance, Ops, and Finance to ensure payment flows meet regulatory requirements while maintaining strong user experiences.
• Support developer adoption through SDK integration tooling, onboarding flows, and clear documentation.
• Use data and experimentation to optimize conversion, reduce friction, and improve revenue performance.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• 6–10 years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or gaming/creator platforms.
• Broad payments expertise: fiat PSP integrations, card acquiring, wallets, Bitcoin, or virtual currency ecosystems.
• Proven track record building and scaling SDK/API-first products for external developers.
• Commercial fluency - beyond shipping features, you understand how pricing, packaging, positioning and GTM drive product success.
• Familiarity with game monetization, creator monetization strategies, or virtual economies.
• Entrepreneurial and organized — thrives in startup environments, wears multiple hats, and balances agility with structure.
• Skilled at leading distributed teams and navigating the complexity of regulated financial products.
• Excellent communicator with ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders alike.

• Experience delivering payment rails across global markets.
• Background in developer platforms, B2B2C products, or gaming ecosystems.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks for payments (EMI, MSB, PSD2, PCI-DSS).
• Passion for gaming, digital economies, and creator empowerment.
• General knowledge of Bitcoin (bonus: Lightning Network).
