Senior Product Manager - Payroll Expansion | EMEA / APAC
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Payroll Expansion for EMEA and APAC. In this role, you will lead the expansion of payroll solutions across multiple countries, driving both strategic initiatives and operational execution. You will define product scope, prioritize roadmaps, and ensure that local and regional payroll requirements are integrated into scalable, compliant solutions. This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior product managers, manage complex projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of countries, acting as the accountable Product Manager for end-to-end delivery
- Define product strategy, scope, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with organizational goals
- Lead high-impact or complex projects that enhance operational efficiency and business growth
- Mentor and coach Junior Product Managers and other product team members
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and communicate progress internally and externally
- Partner with Solution Design and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and clarity of deliverables
- Prioritize backlog items, conduct grooming sessions, and oversee sprint planning to maintain alignment on scope and timelines
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing updates to senior leaders and cross-regional teams
- Act as an escalation point for country-specific or cross-functional challenges and champion best practices across the product function
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced SaaS, fintech, or payroll/compliance-heavy environment
- Proven track record in end-to-end product ownership, including roadmap management, scope definition, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong experience in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues and teams
- Ability to independently manage complex projects with significant business impact
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated autonomy in decision-making and ability to influence senior leadership
