As part of our Product function, our Product Owners and Product Managers play a crucial role in translating business vision into successful digital products that drive enterprise success and enhance customer experiences. They define and execute product strategy, balancing high-level vision with hands-on operational execution. In a Product role at Nearform, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to uncover and define requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs to shape the product roadmap. With a strong focus on strategy, communication, and delivery, you will guide teams in building impactful, scalable solutions that align with business goals and market demands.
Senior Product Manager – About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager you will be a strategic visionary who oversees the development and execution of complex digital products. You will collaborate closely with clients to define product vision, drive product strategy, translate goals into actionable roadmaps, and oversee the entire product lifecycle. Based on client goals, you will lead complex products and/or a portfolio of products. Your responsibilities may include:
- Translate business strategy into product strategy and execute that strategy in the delivery phase with the engineering team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features
- Drive action throughout the organization to bring products to market
- Plan and carry out product launches, MVPs and phased releases
- Provide insights to stakeholders on the product, competitors, technical innovations and market
- Support a SaaS platform and 3rd party integrations
- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
- Write requirements – typically as epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Define and adhere to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
- Support grooming and refinement ceremonies with Tech Leads to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery goals
- Identify, document and communicate risks, changes or delays promptly
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
- Participate in daily scrum ceremonies, planning, reviews, demos and retrospectives
- Collaborate with client teams
What we are looking for
- Significant experience delivering at a Senior level, specialising in product ownership and management (typically 6+ years)
- Hands-on experience delivering products in an agile environment with engineers and designers
- Experience with early-stage products, new product development, and product modernization from discovery to MVP and beyond; ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to drive roadmaps and releases
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment
- Ability to lead product discovery workshops to define customer journeys, deliver tangible roadmaps and prioritised backlogs
- Understanding of product analytics and KPIs/OKRs, including test-and-learn and A/B testing methodologies
- Focus on business outcomes, not just tactical outputs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Professional proficiency in English

Our Interview Process
Talent Call (30 mins via Zoom) – Introductory conversation to learn about your background and career goals and provide a high-level overview of Nearform.
Product Interview (1 hour via Zoom) – In-depth discussion about your experience, preferred ways of working, and problem-solving for client scenarios.
Hiring Manager Interview (45 mins via Zoom) – Focus on teamwork, client collaboration, and problem-solving in an enterprise setting; more details about Nearform and potential projects.
There may also be an additional interview with the client depending on the project.
