Role

MrQ is looking for a Product Manager to join the Games & Retention team, working with other Product Managers to define and drive the vision, strategy, development, and life cycle of the products handled by one of our Tribes, focusing on:

• Games Integration: Managing and optimising direct integrations with leading game studios, aligned with Casino Ops’ priorities to deliver high-performing content to players.
• Casino Lobby UX and Discoverability: Ensure the Casino Lobby remains relevant and intuitive to navigate, streamline the game launch-to-wager journey, and improve discoverability of new titles.
• Promotions and Promo Engine: Support the CRM team by expanding the internal Promo Engine, integrating new mechanics, and ensuring players receive and engage with high-quality promotions aligned with CRM plans.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will collaborate with the engineering team and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our tech leadership and support other Tribes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead product initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment using Agile methodologies.

What You Will Do

• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. Translate architectural needs into business concepts to facilitate communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Roadmap Planning: Define product roadmaps and prioritise features based on business value, in collaboration with Tribe engineers and stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Iterative Development: Drive the Agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and metrics, ensure data points are collected during delivery, and iterate based on insights to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates, demos, milestones, and priorities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in Product Management or within the iGaming industry, with proven experience across the product development lifecycle.
• Gaming Industry: Strong understanding of iGaming products, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Agile Practitioner: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Excellent Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic Thinker: Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Player-Centric: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Background Skills: Proficiency in at least one of the following areas (ideally both):
  • Casino Lobbies: Understanding of UX and content discoverability to improve lobby-to-wager conversion.
  • Retention Mechanics: Familiarity with reward types used in gaming, integration with CRM platforms, and understanding campaign lifecycles from ideation to player-facing components.
