Location: London (2-3 days per week in our Holborn office)

At proSapient, we’re building the foundations of next-generation expert intelligence. As we grow our data capabilities, we’re looking for a data-savvy product leader to shape how proprietary and third-party data powers our platform. From driving integrations to building scalable pipelines, you’ll play a central role in turning raw data into meaningful, actionable insights that enable faster, smarter decisions for our users.
The key focus of the role includes:
· Owning our data foundations product domain end-to-end: setting vision, defining strategy, and delivering tangible impact to deepen the breadth and quality of our data.
· Championing agile delivery with a focus on measurable outcomes and a strong commitment to solving real customer problems.
· Defining clear objectives and key results to align team efforts with the broader company strategy.
· Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from deep customer research to defining and delivering data-driven solutions.
· Leading the design and development of scalable data extraction and enrichment pipelines, working within a cross-functional squad and collaborating closely with data science, commercial teams, and end customers.
· Identifying, evaluating, and integrating third-party data providers that enhance our platform’s depth (e.g., firmographics, financials, technographics).
· Working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all data usage meets regulatory and privacy standards.
· Ensuring enriched data is accurate, structured, and discoverable across the internal platform and user-facing products.
Key experience & skills needed to be successful in this role:
· 5+ years of product management experience in data products, marketplace models, or AI-powered workflows.
· Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate user research and feedback into impactful product decisions
· Track record of delivering data products end-to-end, working closely with engineering teams through all stages of development and launch.
· Comfortable defining and using product metrics to evaluate impact and guide iteration.
· Solid understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and working with unstructured or semi-structured data at scale.
· Understanding of how generative AI can be leveraged to enhance data structuring and enable more effective enrichment.
· Bonus points for proven experience with third-party data partnerships, from evaluation to integration.
· A high-level understanding of the landscape of personal contact, company, and financial data providers is a plus.
· Ability to work independently in an autonomous, fast-paced environment, while aligning teams around a shared vision.
