About The Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Everway, you are a product leader responsible for guiding product discovery and development, with a strong focus on aligning product strategy with business objectives. This role requires you to influence and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring our products meet both customer and business needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Product Discovery: Define and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, user research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Product Delivery: Define and document product features and user stories for the development team.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are understood and delivered.
- Thought Leadership: Cultivate a deep understanding of the product landscape and engage in sharing industry insights, best practices, and innovative strategies.
Essential Criteria
- Experience: 4 years+ of experience in product management, with at least 2 years of operating as a Senior Product Manager.
- Professional Knowledge: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction and Data Science or a related field.
- Skills: A combination of technical, strategic, communication, and leadership skills, along with a customer-focused mindset and strong business acumen.
- Product Data Analytics: Demonstrated ability to use data analytics to monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the product.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to apply known solutions and techniques to new problems and independently develop solutions for different situations.
- Organizational Knowledge: A strong understanding of the product team, product objectives, and their relation to business objectives.
