About Birdie
At Birdie, we’re reimagining care for older adults. We’re building the technology that powers the future of home healthcare, empowering care teams with tools to deliver better, more dignified care, and enabling older people to thrive in their own homes for longer. Our all-in-one solution powers millions of care visits every month, equipping care providers with the tools they need to deliver exceptional, efficient care.
We’re not here to tinker at the edges. We’re here to radically transform a broken system.
That’s why we’ve built an all-in-one platform that supported over 30 million care visits in 2023 and more than 60 million in 2024 and we continue to grow our impact. We’re scaling fast, but staying true to our purpose. That’s why we’re proud to be a B Corp, using business as a force for good.
Founded in 2017, Birdie is backed by world-class investors like Index Ventures, Sofina and Omers. In 2023, we ranked #6 in the Deloitte Fast 50, making us one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK. You can check out more about our impact and recognition here.
But speed isn’t the point. Impact is.
Your mission
Senior Product Manager – Care Management
As Senior Product Manager for our Care Management domain, you will own and shape one of the most critical parts of our platform. The mission of the Care Management team is to help care providers deliver exceptional, person-centred care while building operationally efficient and compliant care businesses. We empower them with powerful tools to manage medication schedules with confidence, build care plans seamlessly, monitor care quality through real-time alerts and insights, and ensure regulatory compliance at every step.
You’ll inspire and rally teams around solving these complex challenges, turning industry pain points into elegant, trusted solutions that make a measurable difference every day. You’ll lead a full stack, cross-functional product squad, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive real impact for our customers.
How you will contribute
- Own the product narrative and vision - Be the go-to expert for your product area. Deeply understand the market, customer pain points, and competitive landscape, and translate that into a clear, inspiring vision that drives the business forward.
- Lead with clarity - Define, communicate, and deliver a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with company priorities and excites both internal teams and external partners.
- Deliver real impact - Own the success of your product end-to-end, driving customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction. Continuously identify opportunities to improve every stage of the customer journey and deliver measurable business results.
- Execute with precision - Build and maintain a clear, strategically aligned backlog. Empower engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality work through strong alignment and shared context.
You’ll thrive here if…
- Are passionate about the problem that we are trying to solve.
- Are excited and inspired by the ability to use technology, design and business model innovation to disrupt industries.
- Are a true leader (with experience) bringing the best out of your team and inspiring them by your product vision.
- Have worked in highly complex environments and on problems that require grass roots thinking and novel solutions.
- Are an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills to drive and motivate a team with diverse backgrounds and skills and ensure that all your stakeholders are informed and motivated to support the product.
- Have strong experience working collaboratively with designers and engineers in a cross functional product team.
- Are passionate about Product Management and are constantly looking to learn and improve your skills.
