Senior Product Manager
Salary: Up to £110,000 plus benefits
Location: Fully Remote with European office visits once a month
An innovative FinTech scale-up is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and own the end-to-end product strategy across the business.
In this role, you will drive the roadmap for their B2B payments platform, delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that expand and enhance their offerings.

Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience in Product Management with strong exposure to the payments industry / general Fintech experience (Web3 or Crypto is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of shipping products 0 - 1 and post-launch iteration.
- Deep understanding of best practices and working within agile methodologies.
- Proven experience working with complex technical environments, understanding API's, data structures and system architecture.
- Track record working with analytics tools using data to inform your product roadmap and showcasing products / features that have made a measurable impact on key business metrics.
- Strong experience in conducting user research and A/B testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle from end to end.
- Own and implement product prioritisation methods using data and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to monitor product KPI's and track success across the business.
- Liaise with both non-technical and technical stakeholders.
- Write product specs and user stories with an API-first mindset.
