Senior Product Manager

Salary: Up to £110,000 plus benefits

Location: Fully Remote with European office visits once a month

An innovative FinTech scale-up is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and own the end-to-end product strategy across the business.

In this role, you will drive the roadmap for their B2B payments platform, delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that expand and enhance their offerings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to make a real impact, bringing their vision and expertise to the market and leaving a lasting mark on a fast-growing business.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Product Management with strong exposure to the payments industry / general Fintech experience (Web3 or Crypto is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of shipping products 0 - 1 and post-launch iteration.
  • Deep understanding of best practices and working within agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience working with complex technical environments, understanding API's, data structures and system architecture.
  • Track record working with analytics tools using data to inform your product roadmap and showcasing products / features that have made a measurable impact on key business metrics.
  • Strong experience in conducting user research and A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full product lifecycle from end to end.
  • Own and implement product prioritisation methods using data and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to monitor product KPI's and track success across the business.
  • Liaise with both non-technical and technical stakeholders.
  • Write product specs and user stories with an API-first mindset.
