Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration teams to develop and prioritize the product roadmap, execute ongoing priorities, and align functional requirements and business cases with strategic priorities.
• Communicate product roadmap priorities, rationale, and expectations to various internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage directly with strategic customers and broader Customer Success organization to synthesize the “voice of customer” for product roadmap development.
• Create and maintain artifacts like product overview presentations, roadmap requirements, customer enhancement requests, roadmap ideas.
• Support ongoing strategic initiatives for product and organizational improvements.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, science, or business discipline
• 5+ years of experience with B2B, enterprise software products (preferably SaaS) in Product Management or Product Strategy roles
• Track-record of working across the product roadmap process from concept to delivery.
• Experience with managing products at scale (products with at least 500+ direct customers)

• Ease with presenting to a broad audience (internal and external)
• Ability to deal with undefined/ not-fully defined problem statements.
