Our International Sales and Marketing team (based in central London) is on an ambitious journey to grow global market share in Higher Education and International Schools.

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

Job Description

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a creative, strategic, and commercial marketer to take the lead on marketing strategy for our high-growth products: Achieve, iClicker student response system, and Advanced Placement qualification resources. This senior role will also provide the overall direction for our Achieve platform strategy, working closely with other product marketing managers.

You'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact, contribute to wider business strategy, and take the lead across the product marketing team. Cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence across cross the editorial and product teams in the US as well as across the international sales team will be key to your success. Management experience would be advantageous as this role develops.

Your Profile

Your key responsibilities:

Drive global product marketing strategy for high-impact educational products

Create and own annual marketing plans that deliver measurable results

Lead retrospectives and campaign reviews to refine and enhance performance

Champion internal communications and alignment across the international team

Stay ahead of digital marketing trends – bringing bold new ideas to life

Represent the customer voice and market insight in cross-functional collaboration

Take ownership of product positioning, training, and lead generation activities

Be connected to the higher education market to understand how to best position our products

Essential experience, abilities, and knowledge you’ll need to succeed:

Experience in delivering successful campaigns and achieving commercial targets

Deep understanding of EdTech or digital product marketing

Effective communication, stakeholder influencing, and leadership skills

Strong commercial awareness and an analytical mindset

Experience working with international sales teams and customers

Knowledge of the Higher Education and/or International Schools sectors

Ability to combine strategy with rolling your sleeves up to get the job done

Strong presentation and influencing skills
