Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver actionable market, customer, and competitive insights across key segments and regions.
  • Develop value propositions and messaging focused on business outcomes, tailored by persona, geography, and industry.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for launches and key initiatives, partnering with regional teams to adapt for local relevance.
  • Act as the voice of the customer across growth segments, refining ICP definitions, advocating for buyer needs, and identifying evolving trends.
  • Collaborate with global marketing to design and deliver targeted campaigns that build awareness and generate qualified pipeline.
  • Partner with sales leaders to shape account strategies and deliver GTM motions that support complex, multi‑stakeholder deal cycles.
  • Conduct customer research to deeply understand buying dynamics and sharpen positioning over time.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
  • Strong positioning and messaging skills with a focus on business outcomes and multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
  • A track record of developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation abilities across formats (e.g., one‑pager, decks, web copy, sales tools).
  • Experience conducting customer research, persona development, and win/loss analysis.
  • Comfortable working across regions and tailoring messaging by geography, vertical, or buyer persona.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer, Mutiny, Folloze) to support content creation or workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and field marketing collaboration.
  • Background in HCM or experience marketing to HR, IT, or Finance buyers.
  • Exposure to multiple customer segments (e.g., mid‑market, large accounts, regional, enterprise).
