Senior Product Marketing Manager – Defence / Command & Control (C2)

London - Hybrid (2-3 days on-site)

A fast-growing UK deep-tech company is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging, positioning and go-to-market for its next-generation Command & Control (C2) platform.

This is a unique opportunity to join a business redefining how militaries and national‑security organisations use AI‑enabled, interoperable software to make faster, smarter decisions in the field.

You’ll work at the centre of product, engineering and commercial strategy – translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories that resonate with defence customers and partners worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Own the messaging and value proposition for the company’s flagship C2 platform
• Deliver market insights, competitor analysis and opportunity sizing to guide strategy
• Build go‑to‑market materials – sales decks, data sheets, demos and presentations
• Partner with Product, Sales and Engineering to ensure alignment across teams
• Represent the business at industry events and partner briefings

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in Product Marketing or Go‑to‑Market strategy
• Background in defence, aerospace or complex software systems (C2/C4ISR ideal)
• Strong storyteller – able to link deep tech to operational and business value
• Analytical, proactive and comfortable in a scale‑up or high‑growth environment
• Technically fluent (AI/ML, APIs, data integration, distributed systems)
