Summary

As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will establish strong connections between our product and user-facing teams. You will lead the development of new features, improve existing features, and shape product processes. You will collaborate with support, sales, and success teams to ensure a seamless feedback loop and engage with users to gain insights, integrating them into the product. This is a cross-functional role pivotal to Deel’s scaling efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale cross-functional projects focused on product improvement, innovation, and enhancing user experience.
  • Collect, quantify, and prioritize product-related challenges for consideration by product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to building and shaping the product by solving conceptual problems.
  • Drive major company launches and global rollouts, ensuring successful product deployments.
  • Dive deep into data and analyze user feedback to derive insights that drive continuous product improvements.
  • Identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Design and implement complex operational systems and processes to optimize product operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a closely related operational role working with product and engineering teams.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences with the ability to understand complex products and use cases.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive product enhancements.
  • Ability to empathize with user problems and effectively shape product decisions.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and hands-on approach.
  • General technical knowledge of software development processes; experience in designing and building payment systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and strong presentation skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, product-driven tech company.
