A Senior Product Sales Enablement Director for Indirect Tax SaaS is needed to train and support Global Sales Account Executives, running Enterprise Indirect Tax SaaS deals. This will support one of the biggest Tax SaaS Providers in the world.

In addition, you will be strategically supporting Product Marketing Campaigns, SDR training, Customer Strategy and Alliances.

Reporting into VP level, you'll be a strong Director level product advocate that can gain instant credibility on Indirect Tax, grasping details from early in the sales life-cycle. You'll question expertly and coach the team to improve their awareness in this space, improving conversion. Spanning a team of 60 sales people, as part of a team of 12 globally, you'll be working to help hit the 2026 Indirect Tax number, and improve the development of the landscape for sales deals in Indirect Tax.

As Senior Product Sales Enablement Director, you'll be involved early in the deal, but also training and mentoring in post-sales execution, having asked the right questions early on, making sure price positioning, privacy, legal compatibility and leadership teams are aligned. Crucial inputs to closing complex EMEA (and likely wider, especially with ViDA) Enterprise Indirect Tax deals. Not only will you have strong Indirect Tax SaaS knowledge, but close affinity with Direct Sales yourself, ideally but not essentially a Senior Account Exec previously with a very strong understanding of building complex Indirect Tax SaaS deals.

Your role will support across a host of areas:

  • Supporting & Training Enterprise Account Execs in Net New and Major Upsell Opportunities in Indirect Tax SaaS (Determination Engines, VAT, Compliance, SalesTax)
  • Marketing influence and development on Campaigns, Product and SDR Training
  • Customer Strategic input – during discovery, post sales execution and upsell, providing strategic training & support for specific customers with specific needs
  • Alliances & Partner Collaborations - Implementation and Co-Sell/Referral partner relations
  • Product & M&A input and drive - understanding the market landscape to enable strategic moves by Leadership

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Indirect Tax SaaS and Sales and/or Marketing of Global Software Products
  • Exceptional understanding in very complex Tax SaaS Enterprise Sales Life-Cycles
  • 2+ Years in strategic planning and market analysis or similar
  • Strong Indirect Tax SaaS Market Analysis for Software Products
  • Location: London or South East 2 days a week minimum. Possible flexibility here for a senior.
  • Salary: Highly Competitive with a Major Provider, strong base with variable component
