Senior Project/Training Programme Manager
Location: CB2 3PT | Salary: Up to £48,430 p.a. d.o.e | Permanent | Immediate start | Hybrid working (minimum two days in-office)
Join a renowned Cambridge-based organization with over 30 years of excellence, committed to changing leaders who change the world. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Training Programme Manager to lead and deliver impactful training programmes for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end training programmes addressing specific learning and strategic needs, delivered in person, digitally, or via live online sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Management team to understand client needs and develop innovative, engaging, and performance-enhancing programmes.
- Lead a team of Programme Coordinators, supporting their development, delegating tasks, and promoting digital capabilities and visibility through progress reporting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and IT to ensure all programme requirements are met.
- Attend programmes to ensure smooth operations, engage with delegates, gather feedback, and implement improvements as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other Senior Project Managers and the Head of Department on projects and system enhancements.
Candidate Profile:
- Authentic, proactive leader with a motivating style.
- Excellent communicator with a confident, tactful manner.
- Enjoys ownership of programmes and educating others.
- Supportive of professional development, with familiarity with processes and procedures; knowledge of Monday.com is advantageous.
- Experience in Training Course Creation, Client Relationship Management, or owning a Training Company (preferably in the educational sector).
