We offer consulting and managed services around Azure AD, Active Directory, Exchange, M365, and Cloud solutions helping clients design secure, future-ready environments.

Our head office is in downtown Montreal (McGill metro), with additional offices in Mississauga, Guelph, and Reading (UK).

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work environment may require occasional travel as required by project scope and client needs.
  • Responsible for managing multiple Active Directory consolidation large-scale projects across departments and geographies.

Responsibilities

Strategic Project Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of complex project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Define project scope, goals, and success criteria in alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring coordination and alignment across functions.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Serve as the primary liaison for executive leadership, clients, and key external partners.
  • Facilitate high-level project meetings, steering committees, and executive briefings.
  • Communicate project vision, objectives, and progress to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in.

Resource & Financial Management

  • Direct resource allocation, including senior staff, vendors, and technology assets.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for large-scale initiatives.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate complex project risks.
  • Lead resolution of critical project issues, making decisions and escalating as appropriate.
  • Oversee change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and practices.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success.
  • Deliver comprehensive progress reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with organizational standards.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex projects in IT or related fields.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Superior organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to executive audiences.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management IT or related field.
  • Professional certifications: PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or equivalent (required).
