Senior Project Manager (Oracle Cloud & HCM)

You'll provide a consistently high standard of Project Management, delivering, on time, on budget and ensuring that the Clients post-Implementation experience is a positive one.

You'll also get the opportunity to oversee other projects, acting as senior reviewer, promoting high standards, improvements, and good practice.

You'll get the flexibility of home-based/hybrid working, with a requirement for client site visits as required by the demands of the projects.

Please note: Due to the nature of the company's client base, applicants MUST have eligibility for Government Security Clearance (at SC Level) and MUST have no adverse Credit History (and be able to pass relevant background checks).

What you'll do

• You'll be working closely with the technical team of Solution Architects, Consultants and Testers, to develop and manage the project plan, alongside the client project team from inception through to implementation.
• As you'd expect, the role will encompass all aspects of project management, covering; Project planning & leadership; Methodology; Stakeholder management; Workshops & meetings; Documentation & deliverables; Commercial; Quality management; Risk Management
• There will also be an additional Sales/Business development element to the role, identifying opportunities to provide additional services and products to the end Client as well as participating in sales presentations, estimating and planning of relevant workstreams.

What you'll need

• A proven track record in managing complex projects with a focus on the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven, full life cycle experience of delivering complex Oracle based HCM solutions to medium and large Enterprise clients
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to develop and maintain key relationships. with stakeholders (internal & external) at a senior level.
• Experience working in an environment alongside other Oracle Cloud products such as: Service Cloud (CX), ERP (Finance & Procurement), Planning & Budgeting (EPM)
