TheRole

You’lltaketheleadonmanagingend-to-endprojectdeliveryforarangeofbuiltenvironmentdevelopments.Thisclient-siderolewillseeyouworkingcloselywithinvestors,developers,consultants,andcontractors—ensuringeveryaspectoftheprojectmeetsquality,programme,andbudgetexpectations.

KeyResponsibilities

• Manageprojectsfrominceptionthroughtocompletion
• Actasthekeyclientcontact,buildingstronglong-termrelationships
• Leadprojectplanning,programmedevelopment,andriskmanagement
• Coordinatemulti-disciplinaryconsultantteamsandmonitorperformance
• Overseeprocurement,costcontrol,andcontractadministration
• Chairkeymeetings,provideprogressreports,andensuretimelydelivery
• Supportthedevelopmentofprojectstrategiesandgovernancedocumentation
