What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and software projects within a secure environment
• Acting as the key link between engineering teams, senior stakeholders and customers
• Managing contracts, budgets, schedules and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes
• Supporting business development activity, from early engagement through to contract award
• Driving robust project governance across scope, risk, quality, procurement and financial controls
• Monitoring cost performance and forecasting to maintain accurate estimates at completion
• Building strong relationships with partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence

Main Skills Needed:

• Proven experience managing projects within engineering, software or defence-led environments
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams
• Solid background in customer and stakeholder management
• Confident managing financial tracking, forecasting and commercial performance
• Technical degree (or equivalent experience)
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain UK SC clearance (UK citizenship required)
