Position: Property and Community Association Manager

Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: $60–$75/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 weeks

Commitment: 20–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world property management work based on professional experience.
• Create realistic situations involving tenant relations, lease negotiations, maintenance coordination, budget management, and community association governance.
• Develop scenarios for handling property emergencies, enforcing HOA policies, managing vendor relationships, conducting property inspections, and resolving resident disputes.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to property management queries for accuracy and professional standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on property management scenarios to improve AI training.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to cutting-edge AI research.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years professional experience in property management, real estate operations, or community association management.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
• Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

Preferred

• 14 years experience preferred.

Start Date

• Immediately; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly contractor, Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
• Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
