Senior Block Manager – Central London
Location: Waterloo, London
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
Full-time | Permanent | 1 day WFH after probation

About the Role

We’re working with a dynamic and fast-growing property company based in Waterloo, Central London, who are looking to expand their Block Management division with the addition of an experienced Senior Block Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business of 65+ people, with a new and rapidly growing block management arm. You’ll be given the autonomy to take ownership of your own portfolio, help shape the division, and grow with the business as it continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential blocks across Central London
• Oversee all aspects of block management including service charge budgeting, contractor management, health & safety compliance, and major works
• Regularly conduct site inspections and liaise with clients, leaseholders, and contractors
• Handle Section 20 Notices and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
• Use Qube (MRI) software to maintain records and manage tasks efficiently
• Chair AGMs and director meetings, providing high levels of client service
• Support junior members of the team as the division continues to grow

About You

• Minimum 3 years of block management experience (Senior/Portfolio level)
• Proficient in using Qube (MRI) software – this is essential
• Excellent knowledge of leasehold management, service charges, and building compliance
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• TPI or similar qualification desirable but not essential
• Confident working both independently and collaboratively
