Site coordination, contractor management, and snagging. Stakeholder engagement with residential letting managers, suppliers, trades, and independent planning/time management. Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to use property‑management systems (training provided). Valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.
Working Conditions
Part‑time: 16–24 hours per week, flexible scheduling. Site‑based role with autonomy and direct engagement. Flat structure: work directly with operational leads and decision‑makers. Mileage and business expenses covered. Hybrid working may be considered depending on project needs.
