Salary: Up to £60k depending upon experience, plus bonus

Job Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property management firm for a Senior Leasehold Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio in Kent. The role includes managing a small team of property managers and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential leasehold properties.
• Lead and support a small team of property managers.
• Prepare service charge budgets and oversee year-end accounts.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Handle leaseholder queries and legal matters.
• Manage Section 20 consultations and major works.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in leasehold property management.
• Experience managing or mentoring staff.
• TPI / IRPM qualification (ATPI or MTPI) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
