Fanvue is the fastest-growing creator monetisation platform in the creator economy. We are the leading AI-powered creator-first platform, designed to empower creators worldwide to directly monetise their audience. Our platform supports creators with the tools they need to connect and monetise their audience in a scalable way.
We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong Senior QA Engineer who not only ensures product quality but also plays a pivotal role in shaping how QA integrates with engineering processes. This person will take the lead in organizing QA workflows, aligning closely with development teams, and championing the adoption of AI-powered testing tools to modernize our quality practices.
What You'll Do:
- QA Strategy & Execution: Own and evolve the QA roadmap to align with engineering and product goals.
- Workflow Management: Drive structured planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities; manage prioritization and assignment of QA tasks across sprints.
- Engineering Integration: Partner closely with developers to embed quality early in the SDLC, support CI/CD pipelines, and ensure testability is part of the design.
- AI Tools & Automation: Explore, evaluate, and drive the adoption of modern AI/ML tools for test generation, test maintenance, and defect prediction.
- People & Process Leadership: Mentor junior QA members, enforce best practices, and continuously improve testing strategies and coverage.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define and track KPIs that accurately reflect product health and test effectiveness.
Who You Are:
Must-haves
- 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
- Strong automation skills (we currently use Playwright).
- You have experience leading QA efforts in a fast-paced, cross-functional tech environment.
- You’re deeply familiar with QA tools (manual and automated) and excited about integrating AI into your workflow.
- You understand software engineering practices and thrive in collaborative dev teams.
- Experience or keen interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g. test case generation via LLMs, AI-assisted bug triage, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments and test integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You’re organised, and like driving clarity and structure where there is ambiguity.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience as a QA manager or team lead.
- Background in software development.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts in a practical or project setting.
Why Join Fanvue?

- Work with a talented, mission-driven team dedicated to empowering creators worldwide
- A culture that values innovation, ownership, transparency, and speed
- Unlimited holiday
- Flexible hours, according to the times you perform best
