We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic IT team and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and executing both functional and non-functional testing aligned with our enterprise-wide IT Test Strategy.
As a vital part of the software development lifecycle, you'll help ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and execute functional and non-functional test strategies across the SDLC
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, and Appium
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to embed quality from the start
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Lead by example—mentor junior team members and champion best practices in quality engineering
- Continuously improve testing processes and stay ahead with emerging tools and techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior or lead QA role, with responsibility for guiding or managing testing teams
- Advanced proficiency in Java and/or C#, with a strong background in test automation
- Expertise in building and executing automation frameworks using Azure DevOps and Jira
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and other front-end testing tools
- Strong capability in API and contract-level integration testing
- Solid understanding of non-functional testing (performance, accessibility, security) and mobile testing using Appium
