An exciting opportunity has arisen for a client-facing Senior Mixed-Methods Research Executive to join our fast-growing and award-winning agency. This is a unique opportunity for a fully rounded mixed-method researcher to work on a variety of projects that draw on both quantitative and qualitative methods, helping some of the biggest global brands harness the power of insight to make strategic business decisions.

Your opportunity:

You will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and delivering end-to-end mixed-method research projects across within our Brand, Communications and Product team. As part of our collaborative consulting teams, you will:

  • Combine quantitative rigour with qualitative depth to provide actionable insights.
  • Liaise directly with clients, helping them shape strategy with compelling stories and recommendations.
  • Develop your expertise in both qual and quant, gaining increasing responsibility for project and account management, as well as business development.

Skills & Experience

  • Mixed-methods experience: at least 2+ years in an insight agency working across both qualitative and quantitative research. Those with specific quant or qual only experience will be considered too.
  • Strong numeracy skills, able to interpret data and turn data into clear stories
  • Designing discussion guides and recruitment screeners
  • Moderating focus groups and interviews (online & face-to-face)
  • Turning findings into actionable insights and narratives
  • Client & project management: Managing supplier relationships, timelines, and budgets; Leading communication with clients and suppliers; Presenting findings with confidence and clarity
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Google Slides a bonus)

Responsibilities:

Depending on the project, you might be:

  • Designing sample frames and managing recruitment for qualitative projects
  • Reviewing and scripting quantitative questionnaires, monitoring quotas and fieldwork
  • Checking and cleaning data, running tables, and analysing results
  • Moderating groups or interviews to unearth deeper insights
  • Contributing to creating engaging PowerPoint reports with clear visuals, headlines and recommendations
  • Contributing to proposals and costings for new projects
  • Mentoring junior team members
