Allerton Bishop Search is proud to be supporting the appointment of a Senior Quality Assurance Manager on a remote basis in England. As the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee and lead quality assurance across a European manufacturing network ensuring GxP compliance.

Your responsibilities as Senior Quality Assurance Manager will be:

• Lead and oversee quality activities for a GMP compliance.
• Manage contract manufacturing partners for all Quality Assurance matters.
• Plan, conduct, review and report supplier audits.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to address quality issues.
• As the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will analyse quality data and metrics to make strategic quality improvements within the supplier network.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Industry experience working within Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Previous work experience in quality assurance. Onsite or external quality experience will be considered.
• Detailed understanding of quality systems to support strategic decisions is essential.
• Strong, current understanding of drug product / finished dosage forms is highly desirable.
