Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor at AFA Ltd. The role involves tasks such as cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The position is based in Cheltenham with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• Experience in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and Cost Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) membership is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
