You will:

Lead cost planning, procurement, subcontract management, and commercial reporting
Ensure robust financial control across all project stages
Partner closely with internal delivery teams to ensure programme, quality and commercial targets are met
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QS colleagues
Play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy as the business continues to scale
