We are looking for relationship driven , phone based recruiters to join a highly profitable boutique

The Company

• Middle Office Boutique focused on Trading House, Investment Banks and Hedge Funds
• Average fee £13k - 11 day average turnaround from job on to offer
• Founder has 20 years in the FS recruitment space, you'll be working directly with him
• 200 signed terms with perm and contract job flow
  
  

• 2 or 3 days from Home
• Very "in person" market - so you'll be meeting clients and candidates daily rather than just being stuck behind your desk
• Exceptional commission scheme which exceeds 50%
• Still do loads of the fun stuff, like lunch club ect
• Great client and candidate platform to leverage off
  
  

• Financial services recruitment experience a must - can be in any vertical
• Can demonstrate winning and growing accounts in FS
• Be able to work independently without micromanagement
