The CompanyLondon based Go To Market perm recruitment specialist agency focusing on senior leadership hiring, market mapping projects, contingent hiring and projects to build whole teams and functions.The main roles are sales, marketing, digital and product. The client base is Saas, AI, Cloud, Professional Staffing, Direct Sales and Tech Channel. The business do contingent and retained project work.The RoleA recruitment consultant or senior consultant who is likely to have a few years experience.A 360 recruiter who would be happy working on some existing business but also focusing on building their own desk.This position is hybrid and in the office 3 days a week. There can be a flexible work pattern if needed.The PackageThe business base salary on a cost benefit analysis of the billings you are likely to achieve and your billing track record and experience. They do not have bandings in the same way as some companies they will pay you fairly for your success. It is likely to be in the £30 to £40k bracket.The Selling PointsNo threshold, flat commission schemeHigh billing Principal Consultant to work underYou can hire globally the company are set up compliance wise to hire across most countriesThe company are part of a bigger group who have a very strong reputation and great financial backingThe wider business invest in tech incubators within global household tech brand names, on a joint success venture basis and they staff these via the business so there is some incoming work from these teams.You will be involved in consultancy work not just hiring, meaning that you will be doing market mapping and contributing to other consultation projects not just recruitment.Being a smaller business you are unlikely to be stepping on anyone's toes as there are currently 6 people, so there is plenty of opportunity to be expanding and growing with the company.You will work for a Principal Consultant who has many years of experience and bills more than 400k himself, the director of the brand has 25 years experience in Go To Market so there isn't anyone better to learn from.Part of a growing group of recruitment agencies with lots of upward mobility options in the future.The Requirements2 years minimum of perm recruitment experience across Sales, Marketing, Product or Data is required. If not you will need to have experience hiring perm roles in a professional market.Experience doing proactive search for candidates in a candidate scarce market (not relying on applications etc)International recruitment experience is also beneficial but not essential.You will need to have worked in a recruitment agency rather than having an internal recruitment background.Strong desire to work with clients at a senior level on leadership rolesStrong desire to work on consultancy work as well as recruitmentAble to work in the Shoreditch, Finsbury, Old Street area of London
