We are seeking a contract Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with 12+ months recruitment experience looking to work within a niche IT market, and alongside proven billers to learn from.

Full 360 recruitment with businesses in the US looking to hire Salesforce talent on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full 360 role, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Source, identify, and engage top Salesforce professionals across various levels, from developers to architects and beyond.
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce market to advise clients on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with company goals.
• Build and maintain a strong network of Salesforce professionals, leveraging industry connections and attending relevant events (virtually or in-person).
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, market trends, and client feedback.
• Working closely to US Eastern timezone to align with our customer base

Qualifications/ experience:

• 12+ months experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally as a contract recruiter
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Experience using JobAdder as a CRM is a plus.
