Salary: Competitive base + Up to 40% commission

Loop is a new-age, founder-led recruitment startup that’s rewriting the rules of how tech hiring should be done. Built by two tech recruiters with over 20 years of experience, we partner with high-growth startups and scale-ups across the UK and Europe. Now, we’re looking for a Senior or Principal Consultant who’s ready to take control of their desk, own their success, and help shape the future of Loop.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment (agency) in either the UK, EU or US market
• A proven track record of billing, ideally in software engineering, product, or data
• Someone who’s sick of KPIs and ready for autonomy
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you're excited by early-stage growth and want to have a
• say in how we scale
• A confident communicator who builds long-term client and candidate relationships

What you'll do:

• Own your vertical – build and grow a niche you’re passionate about
• Work directly with the founders on strategy, BD, and marketing
• Deliver exceptional experiences to both clients and candidates
• Be part of building a recruitment agency people actually want to work with
