The Role
As a Research Executive and a Senior Research Executive, you will :
- Support and lead (depending on level) end-to-end primary market research across global projects
- Work with mixed methods : qualitative and quantitative
- Contribute to research design, recruitment, fieldwork management, analysis, and final delivery
- Develop screeners, discussion guides, surveys, and materials
- Help turn data into clear, strategic, client-ready insights
- Work closely with senior consultants across therapy areas
- Collaborate internally on innovation, AI-driven approaches, and new ways of working
- Present insights internally and / or to clients
You
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare primary market research (agency / consultancy)
- Experience working with pharma clients on ad hoc / custom projects
- Work hybrid – 2 days a week in London required
- Mixed-method experience (qual + quant) – leaning is fine
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Driven, passionate, and excited by innovation and AI-enhanced research
- Interested in helping a business grow, not just executing tasks
- Confident working alongside highly experienced researchers
- Curious, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Must have the full right to work in the UK now and in the future
